- UK will get A-UGVs designed to stealthily follow soldiers anywhere
Most likely, this is one part of the promised military aid to Ukraine of 39 vehicles. Ottawa guaranteed Kyiv military aid for $500 million. The 39 LAV 6.0s are part of this finance package. Canada signed the $500 million deal in June of this year in Madrid.
Military experts say that the Ukrainian armed forces will use this military equipment on the front lines against the Russians. Since the start of the war on February 24th, Canada has been active in its communication with Ukraine and donations to the Ukrainian military. More significant Canadian donations include the supply of M777 towed howitzers and 20,000 artillery shells. One part of these projectiles is 155mm highly accurate and effective Excalibur projectiles.
