Russian scientist warns that US is creating unpredictable climate weapons

MOSCOW, (BM) – The United States has created a weapon that can allegedly change the climate in certain regions, altering the ionosphere and creating “ion clouds”. Konstantin Sivkov, Deputy President of the Russian Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences for Information Policy, spoke about this HAARP system, learned BulgarianMilitary.com, citing Vzglyad.

Sivkov in an article for the “Military-Industrial Courier” noted that HAARP was originally created as an anti-missile defense complex.

The system generates microwave radiation that can destroy a warhead or aircraft, which fall into an area of high voltage electromagnetic field.

The same radiation generates “ion clouds” in the ionosphere, in which areas with plasma appear. The tests revealed that the system affects the geophysics of the Earth and the weather over some regions of the planet.

“As a result, fluctuations in the ionosphere caused by the impact of HAARP inevitably lead to disruption of the weather formation processes. But not only them, there is an opportunity to influence the bowels of the planet,” Sivkov noted.

He clarified that it is now impossible to predict how and which region is affected by HAARP, but with the advent of forecasting methods, the system will become a powerful “geophysical and climatic weapon,” the scientist said.

“So, in the future, it is possible that weapons will appear capable of unleashing real weather cataclysms on the enemy and even hitting him with earthquakes,” Sivkov summed up.

The VZGLYAD newspaper wrote about the problems that the creators of the first climate weapon in the history of mankind will have to face.

Then the newspaper wrote: “The strangeness of the Moscow weather provoke conspiracy theorists to talk about climate weapons capable of causing damage to a country, people or territory. The development of such weapons was really carried out, and before that considerable funds were pumped into them. But where is the line that separates fantasy from science?

Someone speaks of the “weather gun” as a joke, thus reacting to dank despondency (an option for the South of Russia is wild heat). Someone argues about the danger of “climatic” and – in a broader version – “geophysical” weapons in all seriousness, although there is no data on more or less promising developments in this area, as there has never been. Except for a couple of special cases.”
