September 21

On September 21, President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in Russia. Only citizens who are in the reserve are subject to conscription – first of all, those who served in the ranks of the Armed Forces, have certain military specialties and relevant experience.

According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, a total of 300 thousand reservists will be called up, which is just over 1% of the total mobilization resource of our country. Conscripts will not be sent to hot spots. The mobilized will undergo training and retraining, and only after that, they will begin to perform tasks.
