18+: Russian rocket fire just killed over 30 civilians in Kramatorsk
KYIV, ($1=29.49 Ukrainian Hryvnias) — A thread of tweets on the social network Twitter shared several videos and photos of killed civilians at the railway station in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region. According to Ukrainian sources, the Russian armed forces have launched a rocket fire on the station on 8 April. 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine

There is no such resolution, which automatically defines the military actions of the Russians as an invasion and war against the citizens of Ukraine.
