H&K unveiled the newest 9mm x 19 SFP9 Striker Fired handgun

BERLIN, ($1=0.90 Euros) — At the Enforce TAC, Heckler & Koch presented the youngest member of their family with SFP9 impact locking pistols, learned BulgarianMilitary.com, citing Soldat&Technik. Striker Fired 9mm x 19 Subcompact Optical Ready or SFP9 SK OR for short is a fully pre-cocked system with a single-action trigger in caliber 9 mm x 19.

Enforce Tac is a trade fair for law enforcement, security and tactical solutions. Exhibitors will present here the latest innovations in vehicle technology and safety. At the same time also an informative exhibition on the congress with the theme equipment, communications and law enforcement is organized. The pistol fits seamlessly into the modular SFP9 pistol family. Available with the SF or TR trigger, the customer can also choose between a cartridge release button or paddle, and a safety lever is also available as an option.

The shutter is prepared for various optical sights. For this purpose, an adapter plate for the respective optics is screwed into a recess in the cap. The rear sight is also shorter compared to the classic version.

Otherwise, SFP9 SK OR largely corresponds to its sister model: the length is about 168 mm, the weight with an empty cartridge and without optics about 687 grams. The barrel measures 86 mm.

The pistol has a magazine capacity of 10/13/15 rounds and the principle of its operation is based on recoil with a modified Browning locking system. Trigger pull is 20-25 N, trigger travel is approximately 6 mm, reset is 3 mm, muzzle velocity is 395 m / s, and muzzle energy is 476 Joule.
