Bayraktar TB2 UAV

The Turkish attacking drone Bayraktar TB2 boasts a rich combat history, although its first flight was in 2014. Bayraktar TB2 took part in the battles over Libya, Syria, the war in Nagorno-Karabakh in 2020, the war between Ethiopia and Tigray, and more recently in the war in Ukraine.

So far, approximately 300 Bayraktar TB2 units have been produced. The next version is currently being developed – Bayraktar TB3.

It is known that Bayraktar TB2 has UMTAS anti-tank missiles developed again in Turkey by the company Rocketsan. Separately, the Bayraktar TB2 can work very well with precision micro ammunition known as MAM-C and MAM-L.

The Turkish drone develops a speed of up to 130 km / h and can fly at an altitude of nearly 7 km. It can stay 24 hours in the air and, with such a duration, has a limited range – up to 150 km.
