Russia returns troops, Putin asks at what time the war begins

MOSCOW, ($1=75.63 Russian Rubles) — Russia is returning some of its troops stationed along the Russian-Ukrainian border, the Russian Defense Ministry said on February 15th. According to a press release, Russian troops have completed large-scale military exercises in the area and it is time to return to their bases.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced that the troops will be returned to their bases military units of the Western and Southern military districts.
