Tension between Iran and Israel – UAVs and subs on alert

TEL AVIV, TEHRAN, (BM) – In the last hours of US President Donald Trump, a new tension arose in the Red Sea region between Iran and Israel, BulgarianMilitary.com has learned, quoting Lebanese, Israeli and Iranian media. Israeli special forces in the Red Sea region are on high alert.

We learn from the Israeli media Walla News that Tel Aviv has sent a special unit, Shayetet 13, and a submarine fleet to the Red Sea to counter Iran’s event. Military experts say the submarine fleet and the unit have potent weapons. According to experts, sending submarines to the area is a strong message to Iran.

BulgarianMilitary.com reminds you that Iran directly accused Israel of killing the hit scientist Fahrizade with a machine gun controlled by artificial intelligence. The opportunity for Iran to seek revenge for its general assassination last year, Kasem Soleimani, has not yet passed.

What is Iran doing?

According to their field source, Newsweek claims that Iran has deployed hundreds of drones in Yemen because it fears a military conflict with the United States. Newsweek refers to images obtained that traced Iranian activities in the area.

According to the publication, Iran has deployed unmanned aerial vehicles Shahid-136 in northern Yemen. The Americans claim that Iran is preparing for an attack on various targets in the Persian Gulf region – US military bases, Saudi Arabia targets, or Israel.

The author of the article reminded us that Tehran is the main ally of the Yemeni Hutus, known as the Ansarala Movement.

Israeli-Iranian proxy war / cold war

Communication between Israel and Iran is mostly threatening and hostile. Such has been the relationship between the two countries for a very long time. This situation is known as the proxy conflict, the proxy war, or the Cold War between the two countries.

The conflict “appeared” on the world map after the Iranian revolution in 1979. In all the years to this day, Iran aims to destroy Israel as a state. Tehran supports groups and organizations that are hostile to the Jewish state and people. On the other hand, Israel is worried about Iran’s nuclear program. The proximity of the two countries worries Tel Aviv that Iranians could use them against Israel if Iran has nuclear weapons. Israel also finds its allies in the face of the United States and Saudi Arabia, which are apparent opponents of Iran.

Thus, this conflict gradually turned into an Israeli-Iranian war. The competition has been going on since the start of the Syrian civil war. According to Iran, Israel is ruled by an illegitimate “Zionist regime,” a Tehran problem. Iran’s other point of reference is that the United States is hostile to Muslims because it supports Israel.
