Iran will respond to any attack by NATO or Israel
TEHRAN, (BM) – Yesterday, January 18th, Iran announced that it was launching a procedure to build an “axis of resistance” in response to all future attacks by NATO and Israel. The Lebanese news agency Al-Masdar News published this information. The news source is a member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran – Abu Fadl Abu Trabi.
- Call for Biden: US can stop Iran without troops
- Middle East: Dozens of American bases are ‘targeted’ by Iran
- Israel may carry out preemptive strikes against Iran
Trabi said in a comment that the Iranian assembly was beginning work on a draft resolution. Collection of signatures, discussion, and voting is forthcoming. Trabi does not share which countries will agree to participate in this axis. According to the preliminary document, the “Axis of Resistance” members will be obliged to respond to any attack by the West or Israel. Their response can be military, economic, or political. The main goal, Traby says, is to “prevent danger.”
The “axis of resistance” will operate on a shared principle. When Israel or another country [NATO or a Western country – ed.] Attacks even one member of the “resistance,” the other countries will have to intervene appropriately and protect their member. According to sources in the Lebanese news agency Al-Masdar News, the resolution will have one main article, which gives the function of the “liberation movement” to each member.
Curious is one of the two applications that will accompany the resolution. According to the application – costs, headquarters, and the work between the agencies will be approved by the Supreme National Security Council in Iran.
Iran is also creating a new law
This resolution will not be the first since the beginning of the year. It may not even be the most important. Iran is starting talks on creating a new bill in the Islamic Republic that should “destroy Israel” by 2041. The draft law is currently being drafted and will be voting soon.
In essence, the new law should lead to actions to end Israel’s blockade of the Gaza Strip. The new draft law plans hikes [it is not apparent peace or noted], which will be to the Golan Heights and the Lebanese borders.
About the United States, Iran is also proposing radical measures. Precisely how Iran will expel the US military from the region is not mentioned, but Tehran will conclude military agreements for no more than five years with any country that wants the same for the United States. Also, America’s partner countries will bear their responsibility, the new bill says.
MPs are also proposing other changes concerning the region. For example, the Yemeni Hutus must receive support from Iran to deal with the blockade on them. In addition to military aid, Iran offers to send humanitarian assistance to them every three months, such as medicine, food, fuel, and more.
At the end of the bill, Iran plans to conduct only nuclear talks with the United States. All others are prohibited, whether bilateral or multilateral negotiations involving other parties or mediators. The new law said Iran would seek to facilitate trade with Russia, China, Syria, Iraq, and Venezuela.
