‘Iran to eliminate Israel’, a new Iranian draft law says

TEHRAN, (BM) – “Iran to eliminate Israel” is the structure of the new Iranian draft law submitted by MPs to the Iranian parliament on January 4th, BulgarianMilitary.com has learned. According to the new draft law, the future Iranian governments must do everything possible to eliminate Israel by 2041 and expel the US military from the region. The Iranian student news agency ISNA confirmed this news.

It is clear from the circulation material in ISNA that the new Iranian draft law is a voluminous proposal. The topic of the assassination of the Iranian General Quds Qassem Soleimani is mentioning again. The material also reveals that Iran’s revenge is mentioned at least 16 times in the bill, in the form of the phrase “Iran responds.”

In essence, the paper writes, the new law should lead to actions to end Israel’s blockade of the Gaza Strip. The new draft law plans hikes [it is not apparent peace or noted], which will be to the Golan Heights and the Lebanese borders. The bill even sets a slogan for the events – “Liberation of the Golan.” The deputies also predict the conditions under which future talks with Washington will take place and what support Iran’s “friends” will receive.

About the United States, Iran is also proposing radical measures. Precisely how Iran will expel the US military from the region is not mentioned, but Tehran will conclude military agreements for no more than five years with any country that wants the same for the United States. Also, America’s partner countries will bear their responsibility, the new bill says. Under the draft law, Iran has the right to respond to any threat posed directly by the United States or US action.

MEPs are also proposing other changes concerning the region. For example, the Yemeni Hutus must receive support from Iran to deal with the blockade on them. In addition to military aid, Iran offers to send humanitarian assistance to them every three months, such as medicine, food, fuel and more.

At the end of the bill, Iran plans to conduct only nuclear talks with the United States. All others are prohibited, whether bilateral or multilateral negotiations involving other parties or mediators. The new law said Iran would seek to facilitate trade with Russia, China, Syria, Iraq, and Venezuela.

Iran will face US on the battlefield, the IRGC leader says

Iran will face US on the battlefield and the Iranian military personnel is fully prepared to respond to military pressure from the United States, Major General Hossein Salami, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), said on January 1, 2021.

“Today, we have no problems, worries, or fears of clashing with any force. We will give our last word on our enemies on the battlefield,” the Associated Press [AP] quoted him as saying. Salami spoke at the University of Tehran at a memorial service for General Kasem Soleimani, who was killed in the U.S. operation in Baghdad a year ago. The head of the Iranian judiciary, Ibrahim Raisi, said at the same event that everyone involved in Suleimani’s assassination “cannot escape law and justice.”

The Iranian Foreign Ministry also issued a statement saying that Tehran will not rest until Soleimani’s murder is brought to justice. “By committing a cowardly act of terror against General Soleimani, the United States has violated international law and the UN Charter, grossly violating Iraqi sovereignty. U.S. lawlessness entirely. Iran will not rest until it brings the perpetrators to justice,” the ministry said on Twitter.

On January 3, 2020, it became known in Baghdad the death of Iranian commander Kasem Soleimani and deputy commander of the Shiite militia in Iraq Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis U.S. special operation conducted by the U.S. military on the instructions of U.S. President Donald Trump.

In response to the operation, on the night of January 8, the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps fired ballistic missiles at the Ain al-Assad airbase and a military facility in Iraq’s Erbil area U.S. troops are stationed. In early December, Politico, citing an unnamed U.S. defense official, said the U.S. military in the Middle East had been put on high alert, particularly in connection with the upcoming anniversary of Soleimani’s assassination.
