Russia has what it takes to shoot down American fighter jets, China says

BEIJIN, (BM) – Everyone knows that the most powerful fighter in the world is the fifth generation stealth fighter. Thanks to its high maneuverability, advanced avionics, highly integrated computer network, as well as the capabilities of supersonic cruise flight, great stealth and the ability to strike out of sight, the stealth fighter can destroy third and fourth generation combat aircraft. For example, the American F-22 showed an excellent 144: 0 kill ratio during air force exercises.
In fact, the technologies used to develop the fifth generation stealth fighter are very complex. For example, many countries are unable to build an engine for it, and the construction costs are very high. Only three countries have been able to develop a fifth-generation stealth fighter – China, the United States and Russia. These are F-22, F-35, J-20 and Su-57, respectively. However, Russian Su-57 fighters have not yet been deployed in the army. At the same time, more than three thousand orders have already been received for the American F-35 fighters, and in the future they will be placed around the world.
Today, the United States is actively building the F-35, and in the current situation it is deploying more and more of these fifth generation fighters near Russian borders. To counter the American F-35 and F-22 fighters, in truth, it is necessary to deploy the same fifth generation fighters, which are not inferior in terms of the American level. However, since the Su-57 is in no hurry to enter service, and in addition, Russia cannot build the Su-57 on a large scale, so it is at a disadvantage. However, at the same time, Russia has all the capabilities to shoot down fifth generation American combat aircraft.
The high secrecy of the F-35 fighter provides it with powerful target penetration ability, and even despite the interception network of modern air defense systems, it can still successfully carry out missions. However, Russia has developed a “sworn enemy” of the stealth fighter – a meter-range radar to detect this type of fighter. This radar will become the main force of the Russian countermeasures to these combat aircraft models. In addition, in combination with the Russian S-400 and S-500 anti-aircraft missile systems, this is enough to shoot down a fifth-generation stealth fighter.
Russian radar station (radar) meter range “Sky-U” is a three-dimensional radar that can track and track various air targets and detect flying targets at an altitude of 75 thousand meters and at a distance of 600 kilometers. Once a fifth-generation United States aircraft is located, it can be tracked and intercepted using the S-400 surface-to-air missile system (SAM), as well as the Pantsir-S1 self-propelled missile and gun system, electronic warfare and other weapons. To date, Russia has conducted many experiments to intercept F-35 fighters and hypersonic missiles, all of which have shown good results.
The Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile system is one of the most advanced air defense missile systems in the world, which was fully developed by Russia. It can be used to destroy all modern and future air offensive weapons at medium and long distances. To date, this air defense system has been acquired by many countries. Even the US ally Turkey became the owner of S-400 air defense missiles and was able to successfully detect American F-35 fighters with the help of air defense systems. In addition, Russia has also equipped the S-400 air defense system with a 40N6E ultra-long-range missile, which has a range of 400 kilometers and can shoot down an S-400 anti-aircraft missile.
According to the situation today, the Russian S-500 air defense system is planned to be delivered to the army by the end of this year. This system is equipped with a new X-band active phased array radar, which has higher accuracy and greater detection range, which exceeds the detection range of the S-400 air defense system by almost 200 kilometers. This complex can simultaneously intercept 10 ballistic missiles, the maximum range of the missiles is over 600 kilometers, and the maximum reach in height is 180 kilometers. Senior Russian officials have even stated that the air defense missile system can not only counter stealth fighters like the American F-22 and F-35, but can also be used to intercept hypersonic missiles traveling at 20 times the speed of sound.
In general, Russia now possesses the most advanced radars and a variety of combat-ready missiles. Its air defense network can be described as very dense. Russian high-ranking officials say that if American F-22 and F-35 fighters dare to attack Russia, it will definitely have something to answer, and it will shoot down these planes one by one.
