“At the moment, the developer – the Central Design Bureau of the Republic of Moldova (part of Roselectronics) – is ready for mass production of new material based on threads with nanostructured ferromagnetic microwire, an experimental batch has already been released,” the holding said.

The range of detection of disguised military equipment by radar reconnaissance stations, as well as radar control of tactical aircraft and enemy attack helicopters is reduced by 3.5-4 times.

The material, as noted in “Roselectronics” is resistant to climatic conditions in low temperatures. In addition, it has a reflection coefficient of 0.5% – that is, absorbs the electromagnetic radiation of the radar by 99.5%, the reflected wave does not allow the radar to identify and recognize the masked object.
