According to him, the Turkish forces and the Syrian opposition on the side of Turkey launched a ground operation in the direction of the city of Neyrab. According to the channel, between the attacking formations and the Syrian government forces “there are fierce clashes.”

On Thursday, according to Al Hadath TV channel, fighters from the Syrian army, with the support of the National Defense Forces, killed more than 250 terrorists in repelling the attacks of gangs in the Neyrab region.

Government forces repulsed several attempts by the enemy to seize their positions on the front line of the Neurab – Sarakib. At the same time, dozens of armored vehicles were disabled.

On February 11, gangs with Turkish assistance have already launched counterattacks to regain control of the city of Sarakib, which was liberated by Syrian troops on February 5. However, these attacks were also unsuccessful and were repelled by the Syrian army.
