The Russia’s Su-24 bomber almost crashed (video)

MOSCOW, (BM) – The Su-24 bomber was landing without a chassis and at the last second avoided a collision with the ground. A video of the incident was published in the telegram channel “The View of a Man”, learned BulgarianMilitary.com.

“A classic case for the Air Force. January 2020. The Su-24 crew is confident that it is landing with the main landing gear extended. However, in reality, both arms did not even lift their locks!” – writes the author of the channel.

The flight manager managed to prevent a catastrophe, in the last seconds before touching the strip, having ordered the crew to gain maximum speed. At the same time, the author notes that the car nevertheless “struck her ass on the runway.”

BulgarianMilitary.com recalls that on December 24, 2019, in the Komsomolsk-on-Amur region, the crash of the newest Russian Su-57 fighter crashed. The crashed plane was supposed to be the first production fighter of this model, transferred to service.
