This was announced on Monday by TASS military-diplomatic source.

“Turkey received two S-400 divisions, more than 120 anti-aircraft missiles, as well as auxiliary equipment, spare parts and tools,” the source said. According to the source, the transfer of technology to the Turkish side, even partial, was not supposed by the terms of the deal.

The interlocutor added that the act of acceptance of the regiment was signed by Turkish and Russian representatives in early December 2019 in Ankara. He clarified that with the signing of the document, the clause on the 20-month warranty service of the systems by the Russian side began to operate.
