The U.S. Department of Defense Signed Contracts Totaling $870 Million on May 29

WASHINGTON, (BGM) – According official statement of U.S. DoD, the signed contracts by the US Department of Defense (DoD) on May 29, 2019 are as follows:

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY – BP Products North America, Chicago, Illinois (SPE602-19-D-0480, $44,592,280); Vitol Inc., Houston, Texas (SPE602-19-D-0481, $111,792,850); and Equilon (Shell), Houston, Texas (SPE602-19-D-0485, $197,914,320), have each been awarded a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract under solicitation SPE602-19-R-0701 for fuel.

Emergent LLC, Virginia Beach, Virginia, has been awarded a maximum $15,542,033 firm-fixed-price task-order (SP4701-19-F-0112) against a five-year base period and one five-year option on a National Aeronautics and Space Administration Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement Government-wide acquisition contract (NNG155SC33B) for oracle database software license maintenance.

Exelan Pharmaceuticals Inc., Boca Raton, Florida, has been awarded a maximum $9,031,699 firm-fixed-price requirements contract for Finasteride Tablets.

Avfuel Corp., Montgomery County, Alabama, has been awarded a minimum $7,090,966 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract for fuel.

NAVY – Timken Gears and Services Inc., King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $147,427,099 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-16-C-4202 to exercise options for Main Reduction Gear shipsets for Arleigh Burke class guided missile destroyers.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, California, is awarded a not-to-exceed $65,173,723 advance acquisition contract for long-lead components for the manufacture and delivery of three low-rate initial production Lot 5 M-4C Triton unmanned aircraft for the Navy and the government of Australia.

ARMY – DynCorp International LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded a $129,666,053 modification (P00031) to contract W58RGZ-17-C-0011 for logistics support services.

Cole Engineering Services Inc., Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $69,869,425 modification (P00003) to contract W900KK-15-D-0008 for post-development software support.

Federal Contracting Inc., doing business as Bryan Construction Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, was awarded a $23,482,036 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of an indoor firing range.

Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was awarded a $9,795,863 modification (P00002) to contract W9124L-19-D-0001 for full food service.

AIR FORCE – BAE Systems, Nashua, New Hampshire, has been awarded a not-to-exceed $39,459,120 undefinitized contract action for the France MQ-9 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Sensor Pod effort.
