The Russian Destroyer Bustryi Performed Artillery Fire in the Sea of Japan
MOSCOW (BGM) – Yesterday, in accordance with the combat training plan, the destroyer Bustryi of the Pacific Fleet in the waters of Peter the Great Bay solved the problem of repelling the attacks of mock enemy air attack weapons, learned BulgarianMilitary.com, according the Russian Federation MoD statement.
The crew of the ship in support of the naval aviation of the Pacific Fleet — Tu-142 and Il-38 anti-submarine aircraft imitating the airstrike – practiced the anti-aircraft defence of a single ship. During the exercise, the AK-130 artillery gun and the AK-630 30-mm six-barreled automatic naval guns destroyed the parachute targets.
Previously, the ship’s launch into the sea from the basing station and its deployment into the sea was provided by the base minesweeper.
